UDSM Services is a department of the University Computing Centre Ltd. (UCC).

This is what we are doing:
Network Management (i.e. UDSM Backbone)
- Management of passive network devices and accessories (cable run ways, etc.)
- Management of active network devices (switches, firewalls, routers, etc.)
Enterprise Servers Management
- Management of core UDSM servers: Email, Web, DNS, Proxy, DHCP
Management of UDSM Enterprise Information Systems
- Technology Enhanced Independent Learning System (TEIL)
- Academic Register Information System (ARIS)
End User Support
- Training on ICT facilities usage
- In terms of network access related problems
- In terms of email and internet related problems
Consultancy on IT/ICT related issues
We have Service Level Agreement with UDSM for network, enterprise server and
enterprise information systems management. End user support is done on request basis.
